My name is Sue Osterland, and along with Rich Cannon, we are the owners of Common Scents, and I want everyone to be comfortable knowing that all the familiar faces of the dedicated staff will still be here taking care of your beloved pets. Pricing and policies will also be pretty much the same.

I have a lifetime of experience and knowledge of dogs. I have bred and shown some of the top winning conformation cocker spaniels in the country, owned a grooming shop and have experience managing a boarding kennel. Dogs have always been a way of life for me (just ask my kids)!
